Local regulations require that certain off farm waste entering the digester be pasteurized. We have developed a couple very simple and cost effective alternatives to the over-engineered units often seen on the market.
The DLS Low Temp. Pasteurizer is the In-ground option that doubles as a liquid receiving pit. The unit is capable of pasteurizing 100 or 150m³ of liquid waste at 50°C for 20 hours utilizing internal stainless heating loops. It also features an all stainless steel stick mixer and accurate level detection. This unit is ideal for new installations or when the customer has the space for a more versatile unit.
